| Abstract: | Descriptions and illustrations of the new idiocerine genus JOGOCERUS, its type species, J. freytagi sp. nov. and 5 new species of Idioscopus, e.g., I. pretiosus, I. bellus, I. spectabilis, I. dworadowskae (from Karnataka [India]) and I. virescens (from Kerala [India]) are given. Their relation with other idiocerine leafhoppers is discussed. |
