| Abstract: | Reticopsella gen. nov. (type species: Reticopsella orientalis spec. nov.) related to Oncopsis (Parasitades) is described from Borneo. Reticopsella orientalis spec. nov. (from Borneo), Oncopsis (Oncopsis) kuluensis spec. nov. (from India: Manali, Kulu), Pediopsoides (Celopsis) pectinata spec. nov. (from Indonesia: West Java), Pediopsoides (Pediopsoides) kodaiana spec. nov. (from India: Kodaikanal), Pedionis cherraensis spec. nov. (from India: Cheffapunjee), Pedionis sumatrana spec. nov. (from Malaysia: Sumatra), Macropsis ganeshai spec. nov. (from India: Aizawl), Macropsis vagdeviae spec. nov. (from India: Dharwar), Macropsis shrideviae spec. nov. (from India: Sukna, Dharwar), Macropsis sympatrica spec. nov., Macropsis smitae spec. nov. (both from India: Cherrapunjee) and Macropsis nepalica spec. nov. (from Nepal: Kathmandu) are described and illustrated. Their relationships with related taxa are discussed. A key for the recognition of species of the Macropsinae from the Indian subcontinent is also included. |
