| Abstract: | Neophanolophus shibai, sp. nov. (Acari: Smarididae) is described from a larva parasitic on an Erythroneura leafhopper (Hemiptera: Cicadellidae) in India. The systematics of the genus Neophanolophus is revised. An updated key to genera of larval Smarididae is provided. |
